Getting Your Goodies to You:
We ship using USPS and offer a tracking # to you so you can track your package as well. We do ship the most efficient and effective way to save you money, but get your goodies to you. Orders are processed and shipped out the same day that you place your order unless it's after hours and it will process and ship the next day. We ship Monday thru Saturday, except Sundays and Holidays, then your order will go out the next business day. If we are out of town or on vacation, we will let you know when your order is placed.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally, but you will need to email us with where the items are being sent so we can quote you a shipping price to your particular Country. Please contact us BEFORE you place the order so we can invoice you thru Paypal for the items purchase plus International shipping on your items.
Exhange and Return Policy...OMG Why???
We want you to be pleased with your purchase! We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing and lengths so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you wanted.
Because we are a small business, and due to high order volume and fast moving products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on merchandise. Please email us at OMGthatschic@gmail.com if you have any questions, etc. We do our best to have ALL happy customers and don't want anyone to be disappointed about their items they purchased from us.
In the case that we are at fault, we will assume the shipping fees, the item(s) needs to be returned unused and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached just as you received them. We will be more than happy to exchange them for the correct item or for something else in the OMG That's Chic Store.
Products and Inventory:
We try our VERY best to keep the inventory amounts up to date. We do have a large storefront that we sell from as well. If we are out of the item you are wanting we will email or call you and see if you would like to exchange for something else or cancel the order.
