This is a great top with awesome florals and colors that can be worn with so many things on the bottom.  Jeans, shorts, and dress pants to name just a few.  It features a V neckline, with slight high low rounded hem.  It has 3/4 sleeves that hit below the elbow and then has black panels on the sides that gives you a waist where you may not have one and really makes you look slim.
