Love these tanks that you can wear as a scoop neck or spin them around and wear them as a V neck.  The v neck is not a deep plunging V, it's a great cut that looks good on any chest size.  I do feel that they run small.  If you want that fitted look then stay true to size, if not then jump up a size.  

Great piece wearing alone or as a layering piece under something.
